Biperiden is a drug usually used for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. It is a chronic condition that causes tremor, bradykinesia, postural stability and rigidity. Biperiden may be taken with food in case of stomach issues, otherwise it is safe for use with or without food. If a dose of the drug is missed, it must be taken immediately and also, taking more than two doses at once is not advisable. It is also noteworthy that biperiden might cause dizziness, blurred vision, light heartedness or drowsiness. Therefore, work which need concentration must be avoided after intake of it. Also, alcohol or exercise do not go well with biperiden. Its use must be cautiously supervised in case of children.
