A latest research held in Washington DC proved that consuming organic vegetables and fruits can encourage in avoiding cancer diagnosis. The study proved through the journal JAMA Internal Medicine that 25 percent of the people who consumed organic food items had lower risk of cancer than the people who consumed very less amount of organic food. Julia Baudry who led the research informed people that eating more vegetables and fruits can reduce the risk of postmenopausal breast cancer by almost 34 percent, reduced the risk of all lymphomas by 76 percent and for non-Hodgkin lymphoma by almost 86 percent. She also confirmed that the results by saying that the organic food can indirectly help in preventing cancer majorly. Baudry and her fellow researchers explained that it is not necessary to consume only expensive organic food item, just filling the plate with fruits and vegetables in general can contribute a lot to preventing cancers and chronic diseases. This data was taken from almost 69 thousand people that are participating in a French study for now. Organic food are cultivate without the use of any insecticides, pesticides, chemicals or even fertilizers therefore the consumers of organic food can lower levels of such chemicals in their urine , while Julia Baudry in her last research proved that these chemically grown fruits and vegetables can increase the risk of cancer.
